Angela Sterling Forest - Marble Feather

Angela's music is in a genre' of it's own. Her evocative lyrics are interwoven within the rich tapestry of guitar, bass, classical cello and world beat percussion. Lyrical themes range from hopeful reminders of our responsibility to ethically care for the natural environment, to the bittersweet secrets of the psyche's interior landscape, and the timeless worlds of magical fantasy. Fluid instrumentals revolve around layers of vocal harmonies that create a dreamy sense of introspection, while encouraging a celebration of the human spirit. The song Wekiva from this CD was selected for the soundtrack of a PBS documentary, and each number is special in it's own way.
