Opening with title track, “Tennissippi”, we have a tall strutting blues rocker featuring a super slide guitar. But, this release is evenly strong. From bluesy ballads, with super vocal contributions, surrounded by piano and B3 and complimented by mellow harp work to fire-breathing songs, containing more super harp paired with flaming guitar riffs. These veteran artists have mixed all their influences from Tennessee and Mississippi Delta Blues styles with flavors of Rockabilly, Rock and Country to create the Little Boys Blue sound. And, it’s a fine sound, indeed.
