The Instigators - Volume Two

Leading this hardworking outfit is Göran: a guitarist of great power and with an excellent grasp of different blues styles. Check him out playing his beautiful, fat, jazz-box Gibson, doing brilliant renditions of some blues gems. Or, he's bringing the house down, playing violent slide on a hot-rodded Strat. The Instigators have periodically gigged (in Scandinavia) as solid sidemen to the superb guitarist Rusty Zinn. They display the versatility that makes them such a consistently interesting and enjoyable musical experience. As might be expected, "Volume Two" shows nods to some of the band's heroes; Sonny Boy, Willie, Walter and others. But the majority of these songs are originals that cover the full spectrum of the blues rainbow.
