The Vivisectors - Happy Halloween

Halloween, psychedelic, surf-rock ... That's a pretty good description of what's to be found on this creepy record. It sounds creepy and it looks creepy. The Vivisectors, famous for their Gulag Tunes CDs, return with something that will spook the gnarliest of surfers. You'll be looking over your shoulder as the music sends shivers up your back. The attack is guitar-based (of course) and this disc rocks relentlessly. Though a rock instro effort, it is etched in surf traditions. And, it's not something you have to permanently store with your Bobby "Boris" Pickett collection as it will keep you goin' all year long. By the way, watch your front door; The Vivisectors are nasty "Trick or Treaters".
