Golly Gee Records collects ten, truly rockin' samples of gospel music in this record. There's some blues courtesy of Donnie V, the Found Cats get things going with two fine additions and Paul Johnson contributes his well-honed guitar skills. There is a variety of sounds, yet the message remains as the binding tie. Yes, it is that message that provides the glue. You will find this music to be uplifting in several regards. Entertaining and satisfying at the same time, this CD sampler can be a nice addition to many CD collections. But, be warned...this disc is in limited supply. There ain't enough prayin' out there in order to get one when they're gone.
